Balancing Yogi

Dawn has been practicing yoga for over a decade and from the first day she stepped on the mat, she fell in love with the mind, body, and spirit connection.  Working in the high stress corporate world, the yoga room provided her the ability to disconnect, allowing her to turn inward and practicing self-study (svadhyaya) while removing all distractions. 

As her practice progressed, she started realizing and witnessing the many benefits yoga brings and wanted to share her passion with others and became a yoga instructor.  She is RYT500 certified and holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Yoga for Lower Back Pain. She is currently a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and studying to become a Yoga Therapist with an expected graduation in 2019 along with continuing to balance her corporate career and teaching group classes.
